Update java-agent version to 1.22

Thanks for your PR @mikegirkin. This version of sbt-datadog isn't really maintained anymore tho. As I don't have access to this repo anymore as I'm no longer working at Colisweb, I'm maintaining an updated and up-to-date fork here if you want: https://github.com/guizmaii/sbt-datadog/

The API changed a bit to follow the Datadog APM API which evolved a bit too, the main evolution being the datadogAgentTraceUrl configuration
