Is it just a case of using [`serie.InternalMetadataPath`](https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/blob/66aad36d1f9497ccb01d6ff80eb873a5975c6160/MediaBrowser.Controller/Entities/BaseItem.cs#L870) rather than `serie.Path` to use the metadata folder rather than the media folder for those?
After a bit of lookup, storing the theme in metadata is trivial (change I suggested) though Jellyfin itself doesn't support themes coming from the metadata folder structure: https://features.jellyfin.org/posts/1870/store-theme-songs-in-the-metadata-folder-instead-of-the-series-folders
@tuetenk0pp would it be possible to reopen your PR, given that #399 seems to be abandonned?
