can't place/break in some merged plots

we can't place or break or interact with any block inside merged plot, one half on the merged plot is working fine but the other doesn't, even ops can't place or break in that plot, but surprisingly it does not happen to all merged plots.. only some of them

cplot version: 208 pocketmine version: 5.6.0
