Ability to create new classes from scratch

I don't believe there're any bytecode editors support this feature yet. It's not a high priority or very important (IMO, as I can't think of many cases where some changes can only be done by creating a new class), but still, it's a good thing to have (if only for a nicer-looking feature comparison table :smirk:).

Creates an empty class with a name you provide. The assumption is you can then edit it however you prefer (recompile vs assembler)
