Recaf could not be updated

Recaf could not be updated, but the update of JavaFX works normally. Environment: Windows 11, Java 24.0.1 IP region: HK

It could have been a temporary outage in the service we use to pull snapshot artifacts (since github doesn't let you do that without a token) or something about your own connection. I can update on multiple systems of mine and can't easily check if its based on some IP issue (since you mentioned you're on a HK IP)
