@Yukkun this is impossible to diagnose. Please do a full bug report. What's your API? Include all generation parameters, prompts, and logs.

Is pygmalion formatting enabled? Also if you use 4bit quantized model, it is expected to be "dumber" since it has reduced precision which degrades the quality on such low parameter...
