VerbSense classifier is using old version of SL

Currently VerbSense is using an old version of SL which gets overwritten by a newer version when trying to access it in the pipeline. (hence verb-sense doesn't work in the pipeline) Ideally I think we should upgrade SL version in the verbsense to the latest.
