What happened?

Issue when running python -m pip install -U Red-Dashboard

Error:

• Operating system: Windows 10,11 and server 2012 as well as ubuntu lts
• Python version: python 3.9.13
• Dashboard webserver version: Latest version
• Dashboard cog version: Latest version

What are you having issues on?

• Operating system: OS is fine
• Browser: Operating fine
