Add begginer version of notebooks from coffea-casa-tutorials.git available at startup of Jupyterlab session @ coffea-casa AFs

As a user, after I just started my Jupyterhub session @ coffea-casa AF, I would be interested to have somewhere on quick access (e.g. Launcher) the examples of notebooks, to be able quickly to learn how to use coffea AF.
