will not find eGPU

when I open Gswitch I get the following message "Error! failed to find multiple GPUs" I have a Sonnet Breakaway puck rx 5500 xt. my GPU monitor app show that both cards are working

Getting the same error message.. tried disconnecting external monitor/thunderbolt connections, but to no avail.

Can anyone help?
