Forcing integrated graphics causes constant switching between discreet and integrated graphics

When graphics are under load, e.x. Spotify or Arc browser, if the integrated graphics option is selected the Mac will constantly fight with G-Switch and switch between the integrated graphics and discreet graphics rapidly and repeatedly until discreet graphics or dynamic switching is selected. Occurs on 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro and on macOs Sequoai.
