Update .travis.yml for notabug repo synchronizing

The notabug repo is outdated for about a month. With this change we can make them consistent.

Hi, thank you for looking at this!

I think the issue when I tried this in the past was that the token Travis uses to push to GitHub doesn't work for pushing to NotABug.

Let me take a deeper look at this again later today and see what we can do.
