[BUG]: GEVI matching Title, but isn't importing Cast or Description
Mandatory
I am adding videos that are on GEVI and are shown as matching in Plex (with url in Tagline) but are not adding the cast info or the title description.
Agent: GEVI (features)
Plex Media Server Logs_2024-04-29_18-05-44.zip
This is not the only GEVI title which has had this issue in the past few days.
Over the weekend I also tried adding this title to my library and it gave the same 'blank' results. I tried chaning the filename with several variations of the Title with "," with and without "&" and only the actual title matched - and didn't retrieve the cast or description.
I ended up manually entering the cast and description by placing it in the mp4 metadata. ☹️ Jocks Served Hot, Wet & Erect Mix It Up Boy 1
These title and others have matched with GEVI as recently as this weekend: Guys Go Crazy 10: Poolboys Paradise
Windows 11 Pro x64 (release channel (not beta)) Windows Edge and Edge Developer Preview Ryzen 7 7700X (8-core) Intel Arc A380 96GB memory Plex stored on seperate SSD
PMS Version 4.128.1 PGMA latest ~mid-April 2024
*** I want to add that other TItles have been matching properly using GEVI, so this isue doesn't seem to be an issue with the way PGMA is installed/Configured **
You sent the wrong logs
I need the plugin logs...
Just send the GEVI one

PMS Plugin Logs.zip Here are the plug-in logs.
Sorry, I just searched the PGMA pdf for "logs" and the first reference brought me to the PMS logs page. I should have kept searching the doc for more references.
I hope the relevant data is still available -- if not, I can remove and re-add the titles in question.
I am just revisiting this... delete all your logs in the plugins folder. Run refresh metadata on the offending film and only that film then send me the GEVI log only... This way I can identify from the log where it went wrong...
