Adding pagination to the blog

We need to add pagination to show all content, right now we have a couple posts but eventually the number will grow and we will need a pagination.

Styles:

• Font size: 16px
• Color: #4A4A4A
• Bg color selected: primary
• Color selected: White

Use the same selected styles for hover. And make sure to use tailwind at all times, all these styles are defined in tailwind already 🙌
