Add alternative starter script for Python

Just as option. I was trying to improve code structure. Some people would like it, some probably not. I've just decided to add it since I created it anyway. Any suggestions are welcome.

P.S. Script in its present form just compiles and does nothing (waits). It's just a base for writing own actions there.
