Translate Awesome Resource to Arabic

The branch at https://github.com/CodheadClub/AwesomeResources/tree/master-arabic needs to be translated to Arabic. This is a large task as it will involve translating each of the files in the repository. This is a task which could be resolved by a single person or a group of people and the translations would ideally be verified by a native Arabic speaker. Hacktoerfest participants are welcome to work on this issue.
