FTB Chunks wouldn’t be supported, but I’d support Cadmus out of the box
Oh as a note about the Turret thing, it shouldnt be an issue for most things. The turret itself was likely an entity spawned at the base of the block....

It does load the chunk, but does not tick the chunk. It loads the chunk enough so that if you do push an entity through the timedoor it doesnt disappear...
The idea of fluids merging to create something different than they had originally being the *default* behavior of fluids in *storage* seems inherently unintuitive and a bit destructive to me....
