Connect Timeout Error

The timeout happened at Tue, 10 Dec 2024 19:16:13 GMT. I checked the triggered workflow run. It succeeded at Tue, 10 Dec 2024 19:19:00 GMT.

It's probably a temporary glitch of the github.com API. Does this github action retry connection timeout errors?
