Workaround: Edit the battleground_template table in the world database, setting minimum player requirement to 1 or 0 if you want to enable solo player queues to start a bg.

Found a workaround. Not sure how detrimental it is to context awareness, but deleting/renaming the settings.local file in the .claude folder fixed the context issues for me. I am guessing...
