SC removes Assassin's Creed I videos

I run SteamCleaner and it removed the video files from Assassin's Creed I (uplay version). This means the intro video is not being played, but missions are not working neither. I don't remember exactly the files it removed, I had to verify the game on Uplay to get those files back (I think it was the whole "videos" folder).
