Ignores uninstalled games

The software only looks at "installed" games, and the related .cab files. It'd be nice to have an option to select uninstalled games and clean those up - leaving behind savegame data for late obviously.

Having steam "remove local data" seems to clean up a lot, but not nearly enough it seems - i've got (had) about 20 GB of junk in my common folder,. most of which from games I no longer play nor intend to play.
