same issue for me when use v3.2.0, but it solved after i downgraded it to v3.1.0. still can't find the problem in v3.2.0

Maybe the problem is with capacitor 3, as I see version 3.2.0 is for capacitor 4, and it does not work on older projects

@tarangshah19 We update our Android API version to 33 and capacitor to version 4, and everything works fine)

I guess this problem happens with out of date version of Android API
