Game crashing on roe a few levels in.

I've had the ultimate hd texture pack with zero issues in the main game to date. Any reasons why the game might be crashing in roe?

It crashes in loading screen loading Erebus level 3. Windows prompt only says doom 3 bfg has stopped working.
