RBDOOM 3 or Fully possesed?

Is there a difference between the two mods? are they the same thing? is it the same people who just fully released the mod? this one has more stars and watches, but Fully possessed was updated like 2 days ago. is this one better? or just older so it's more well known

The other mod was in closed development much longer and as a result had more features on release, but they did not publicly release their mod until quite sometime after my mod was released and when they did it had bugs, which is why mine ended up having more stars and watches. But because the other mod had more features, developers have gravitated toward working on it.
