Full Rollup support

After https://github.com/CoderLine/alphaTab/issues/1348 we also add a AlphaTab.rollup.js plugin which takes care of any web worker / audio worklet specific bits.

It follows the same principles and needs like the WebPack work item.

  • Documentation and example how to use in Rollup must be available.
