scrollbar location on wide screens

Hey there!

I've had a look at your minimal website demo @ https://gallery.codelessly.com/flutterwebsites/minimal/?utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=demo

It looks very nice, though I think it's unintuitive that on wide screens where the content doesn't use the whole width of the browser window the scrollbar stays within the borders of the reduced width content. it should be at the right end of the browser window instead.

Annoying side effect: Since the bars left and right of the content are not part of the scrollable area, positioning the mouse pointer over one of them and using the mousewheel does not scroll the page.
