Front-end switcher / Broken font assignment when reverting to default

Hey team, just spotted something that I wanted to share with you! If you visit any of the demosites and you interact with the palette / font switcher, you will notice that the Font switching is a bit problematic.

• Choose a different font pair combination in the switcher.
• You will see the font family applied properly.
• Try to revert to the default font pair that the site uses. The expectation is to click on the active pair again, in order to "initialise" the font family.
• Upon clicking the active pair, the fonts do not revert to their default family (as expected), instead it reverts to Arial.

@JohnPixle I see that is the case here but in some it also works flawless: https://demosites.io/product-launch-gb/ - can you check this to confirm that it's working right? If yes then we can try to maybe see what is the behavior that affects one site but not the other.

@HardeepAsrani Thanks for looking into it. Indeed it works in some demos, but not on all of them. https://demosites.io/nft-illustrator-gb/ and https://demosites.io/web-agency-pro-gb/ are another examples where it does not work.

@JohnPixle Thanks for confirming. We can look into it and see if it's a issue that needs to be fixed in code or something that behaves differently based on how themes are setup.
