Option to hide page titles on certain pages
Description:
As discussed in the meeting, there should be an easy way to manage if the Titles on global pages (archive, category, custom post type, etc), are visible or not.
Here's an example from the Finance Blog, where 2 Headings are visible on the Category page, one coming from the Custom Layout and from the page itself:
One potential solution we discussed was the fact that we can bind this to Custom Layouts, so if a magic tag is used in the Custom Layout, that will appear only one on the page.
There's also this frame in Figma for the Comments area, where certain option can be enabled depending on the Post Types, this could also be an option - to have a toggle in Customizer for hiding the Title:
There's already an option to hide the Title on the Single pages, as discussed here.

Hey @HardeepAsrani, I think this is an old issue and it was implemented at some point. Here's what I've tried: https://vertis.d.pr/v/SmM7xq

It looks good to me, I see @mghenciu also gave a thumb here, so I'll take it as yes. 😄
Just one question, @cristian-ungureanu, is this a global control or per taxonomy? And can user only enable/disable it from taxonomy page?

My thumb was for the cc , since this was a problem happening on the demosites. I tested now on the Finance blog mentioned on this issue - and YES, looks like the flow that Cristi show in the video, solves the problem.
@HardeepAsrani, the control is global. It applies on the blog page and on the archive page of any taxonomy, including the custom ones. It cannot be overridden from the taxonomy page. Maybe it would be a nice addition to be able to enable/disable the title for a specific taxonomy but I'm not sure if this feature is requested. Maybe @mghenciu has an insight about it.

The idea for this feature/challenge - came from using Custom Layouts. Basically we wanted to have a Custom Header for a type of pages, and that's why the need to hide the Default Title Element. On some pages it's possible to hide that Title manually, from Neve Page Settings - but in cases like Taxonomy pages, it's not possible to hide it manually.
I would say for now we should be good just with this setting. But for future I think it should accommodate a more granular approach. For example let's say I add a Custom Post Type movies, and want to hide the Title only there.

@mghenciu, you can already do that with the post-type enhancements module, the option to hide the title is available there too. The only limitation we have is that if you have two categories added to a post, when you visit the archive page, you can't disable the title for just one category, the title is either enabled for all, or disabled for all.
