redo speed tests & test core web vitals

@selul I am not sure if we re-did the speed tests for Neve for core web vitals ( check blocking time for e.g), this is a good benchmark: https://startblogging101.com/astra-vs-kadence/ .

a quick update here, it seems we're doing better than Kadence speed-wise with an empty website, tested using the Google tools, core web vitals seem fine. I've noticed some lighthouse issues that we're reported in separate issues.

I guess that we can still monitor long-term how we compare with competitors and make sure we stay #1
