high vs low impact css

Description:

Sometimes you want to have the theme overriding plugins css ( woocommerce for e.g), or sometimes you don't, since maybe you are using other plugins like Elementor for styling. Can we have a set of settings that de-prioritize our css? Or disable "styling css" on certain pages/site?

Alternatives:

A simpler option to disable neve css ( again, I am talking about non-layout-critical css).
