from an UX perspective, I think the most important improvement is on the variations that we display in the 2nd step, I would do some research on the most popular logotypes and try to generate the 30 most popular concepts/styles.

In order to do that we can add an extra step for colors, so in the variation stage we don't need to vary too much in terms of colors so we can vary more by style/layout. Shopify is doing this better, probably Dragos/John can iterate on that.

Once we'll work on that I can get a bit more detailed if needed.
