Auto HDR sometimes crashes system.

Describe the bug Sometimes when I open or close a game/program system crashes and restarts itself. It doesn't matter if it's turning on HDR or turning off HDR.

Expected behavior

1. Open game.
2. HDR turns on automatically.
3. Play the game.
4. Close the game.
5. HDR turns off automatically.

• OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2
• Version: OS Build 19045.2965

Hardware (please complete the following information):

• Monitors: Samsung Odyssey Neo G9, Samsung Odyssey G7 27", AOC Q27G2U.
• Graphics card: Palit GameRock RTX 3080
• Graphics card driver: NVIDIA Studio Driver 531.41

Additional context I think the reason that this bug happens is it instantly turns on or off the HDR as soon as the game/program opens/closes.

What I think that'll fix the bug is a timer. Instead of turning on HDR as soon as the game/program launches or closes, it'll wait 5000 or 10000ms then it'll turn on or off the HDR.

By the way;

It doesn't always crash maybe 20-30% of my sessions end this way.
