[Suggestion] Support for keyboard shortcut or CLI

This would allow HDR to be quickly toggled without interacting directly with the app. CLI support for toggling HDR could open up more custom automation options.

@thowtue If you're using Windows 11, at least for HDR, there is a keyboard shortcut (win + alt + B) now.

PSA: This hotkey still works on Windows 10. You just need the Xbox Game Bar installed/running.
