Crashes on "Choose UWP app..."

Describe the bug Fresh install of 1.9.19.0. Can't add UWP app. Crashes immediately after clicking "Choose UWP app..." Tried running in admin mode, no change. Log attached.

Expected behavior See a list of my UWP apps.
