One way for how Anchor can be used with truncated text to show a tooltip

Testing Instructions

  1. Go to the Anchor story
  2. Check that the 1st example has a tooltip
  3. Check that the 2nd example doesn't have a tooltip
  4. ...
  5. Finish and do a celebratory dance
