[Entry] General: Multi-factor Authentication

Reason/inspiration (optional)

MFA is part of many site's sign-up/in process. Without it, it may be difficult to verify that a user is who they say they are. In addition, if a user's account is somehow accessed by a third party, the other form of authentication can be used to retrieve their account.

Mobile auth may be the most secure since one would need the physical device to authenticate one's identity.
