Revising and editing existing Swift entries in this PR. Feel free to point out any portion of any of the Swift entries and I can make further adjustments. TY!

@SSwiniarski @Dusch4593 TY for all the editing we did for these Swift entries. I'm not going to link all the entries, but we did a ton of re-structuring and technical edits.
