GitHub CLI in action segment - Clearer instructions.

In the GitHub CLI in action segment, the instructions don't mention that we need to grab the correct id # before submitting the issue.

I feel that instructions on that could be clearer.

NOTE: I'm using this as an opportunity to use this GitHub feature, any feedback on my usage is very welcome!
