[Concept Entry] Java: ArrayDeque

Reason/inspiration (optional)

We would like a new concept entry for ArrayDeque in Java. The entry should be in content/java/concepts/array-deque/array-deque.md

The entry should include the following:

  • A description of the term
  • A ##Syntax section that includes the syntax of the method and its details
  • An ##Example section that shows an example of the current entry.

@mamtawardhani I am sorry for the delay, it would seem as I would not be able to continue working on the issue due to personal reasons. Would it be okay if I retract my claim on the issue so that others may work on it instead? Again, I am sorry for the delay
