[Edit] Deliverables: Add Types and Conditions

Description

This PR updates the existing Deliverables entry in the uiux/concepts/ section to include two new sections: Types of UX Deliverables and When Deliverables Are Created.

The update adds content to outline common UX deliverables such as personas, prototypes, and journey maps and explains the design phases in which these deliverables typically occur. This enhancement brings more clarity to the evolving nature and timing of UX documentation in practice.
