[Edit] Lua Remove #5388

Description

-Edited the remove method. Rephrased the syntax and descriptions. Included Lua tags as opposed to pseudo tags that were in place. Also decided to add a note at the bottom of the example to explain that indexes start at 1 instead of 0 which can be found in other languages to prevent any confusion for those who are familiar with programming.

Issue Solved

-Closes #5388
