[Term Entry] Subject: SQL Not equal to operator
Reason/inspiration (optional)
We would like a new term entry on the Not equal to operator in SQL. The entry should go in a new file under docs/content/sql/concepts/operators/terms/not-equal-to/not-equal-to.md
The entry should include the following:
- A description of the term
- ‘Syntax’ section that includes the how to use it
- Example section to show how to use it
Please refer to the concept entry template, content standards, and markdown style guide when working on the PR for this issue.

Hello @cigar-galaxy82 , requesting assignment.
Hey @sethaferd You're assigned!🎉 You can look through the Contribution Guide to know more about contributing to Codecademy Docs. Check out the Content Standards and Style Guide, they’ll help you with creating your entry.
I see this is your first time contributing to Codecademy Docs. How did you find out about us?
@mamtawardhani Thank you! I found this project through one of Codecademy's learning modules.
Hi @sethaferd we want it inside the docs. Can you send the link where you found it.
@cigar-galaxy82 Sure thing, I found this project here

@cigar-galaxy82 regarding this issue, please see #4873
@sethaferd we want it inside the docs for SQL like this. The one you send is inside a module that is different.
Also for the PR you created someone will review it soon

@cigar-galaxy82 oh do you mean the related courses listed at the bottom of the page "Learn SQL on Codecademy"? I did not find this issue through a SQL course, if that is what you meant. I found the list of issues as a result of something more like: "contribute to docs" at the top of the page. Was just hunting for open issues, and this is one I am comfortable contributing to - if that makes sense.
@sethaferd understood so I hope everything is clear as to where this content will go.
🌸 Thanks for closing this Issue! Please head over to the Docs Forum if you have any questions about Docs, or reply to the thread on Possible Content Discussion to share ideas and collaborate with other contributors, maintainers, or super users to determine good future issues that will help expand Docs!
