Work with CYF Dashboard dev team to build new requirements for tracking progress in Piscine

To track trainee progress through the Piscine, we would like to modify the CYF Dashboard. I believe this would mean adding new "steps" to the dashboard with the Piscine assessment criteria, but this needs discussion with the dashboard maintainers.

Is there anything I've missed?

Sally has also helpfully looped me into the Slack channel for the dashboard team - thanks! I will share this with them there, but with the caveat that it's still a draft.
