Copy structure and content from org-cyf to org-mcb.

Why is this work important to do?

curriculum.migracode.org was linked to the populate-migracode branch for quick deployment. It should be linked to the main branch for future updates for common content to apply to org-mcb (and avoid unnecessary merges).
