I've added the current pre-reqs for a module on each module index

I've cited modules where there are specific modules, or groups where it's a group of modules. I have cited the certification points that we presume will be fixed, eg, for the launch

ITD FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAMMING (js1,j2,j3) TRACKS (a pick n mix)

But for JS2 ITD, FUNDAMENTALS, INDUCTION, JS1

Who needs to know about this?

This would involve remembering people's GitHub handles.

I think it's open.

1. You may really need to define prerequisites to guide self paced learners, so it's probably worth thinking through.
2. It could be a decent way to define and expose the contract
