[Enhancement] Make the weather icon clickable

Feature description

Would it be possible to add "Click on Weather" to the "Tap/Click Actions" under Gestures so a preferred weather app could be opened when the weather icon is clicked? Essentially this would give the weather icon the same options as Clock and Date.

This seems like an alternative to #657 that would at least allow easy access to Breezy Weather or whichever weather app is installed.

I will make it clickable but it will use the first weather app it finds to be installed. If none are installed it will open the browser to weather.com
