[Enhancement] Add rotation lock in the options

Feature description
First of all, thanks for your launcher. I use it on a daily basis on two devices and I love it so much. As a feature request I'd love to be able to specify a specific rotation position (i.e. Always portrait) and avoid having the launcher that automatically rotates in landscape, as in devices with a little screen (like my Fairphone 5) it doesn't look as good as in portrait mode.
Additional information
I already did an investigation to see whether with Android 14+ it's possible to lock the rotation for individual apps, but apparently it's not possible, so my only chance is to ask you to develop this feature. Also, I'd like to donate, but the link is broken.

rotation lock use to be a feature but with it being blocked for newer versions of android it doesnt work anymore

i have found a way to do it ill push a fix later for it for now its only in the play store build.

Ok testing it on the Google play version it seems broken I'll have a look tomorrow.
Found the issue lol I created the toggle but I forgot to code the function for the lock lol
