I haven't upgraded to version 5 yet. Will do that next week and report back whether the issue still persists.

Updated my Listmonk version to 5.0.1 some time ago and just ran the SMTP test again. The error still persists (HTTP 504 Gateway timeout). Edit: Still the same in version...

Issue still persists in version 5.1.0.
