idea to increase efficiency and a question about using the best genome on another Training run

So my first point is to put allawys the best genome of the previous generation into the next generation maybe it could improve efficiency, and my second point is how can i use a already very good training genome and train it again? Thanks for this awsome repository @CodeReclaimers u are a king thank you!
