Implement Pomodoro technique into Timecard.

  • Toggle with setting (currently dummy setting on Settings Pane)
  • Popup every 20 minutes.
  • Optional sound (chime).
  • Optional auto-pause.

This should be implemented through its own module, instead of as part of the TimeDisplay class.
